Anastasia Borisova

Following her passion for helping others improve their health and well-being, Anastasia has been specializing in different types of Manual Therapy since 2003. Anastasia has extensive experience in Manual Therapy working in different countries and cultures for a period of 20 years.

Anastasia holds a Master’s in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) and registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Anastasia has completed further studies and training in Shockwave Therapy for MSK conditions, Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) Therapy, Class IV Laser Therapy and Acupuncture by BMAS.

Before moving into the Osteopathic career Anastasia specialised in Sport and Therapeutic massage, “Trigger Points” Therapy and “Deep tissue” techniques. She has a fascination of how the body functions or moves and continually learning new rehabilitative techniques and approaches to benefit her customers.

Anastasia uses a whole-body approach, clinical experience, patient education, exercise advice, and implements a variety of techniques to meet patient’s expectations and goals. Over the years she helped thousands of patients from all walks of life, including women in all stages of pregnancy and older adults.
