This is the 3rd and final stage of the Wall Ball Series.
In the first stage you mastered your alignment and in the second stage you added knee bends.
**Make sure you are proficient in these and can easily do 30 reps before trying this advanced version**
Once you’ve worked through the Wall Ball series you can head to exercise #21 and try a single leg bend with perfect alignment and work through the rest of the lower limb series.
