Farhana Sonday

Fara is a specialist musculoskeletal, pelvic health and oncology physiotherapist with over 20 years of hands-on clinical experience, having completed her studies at the University of Cape Town in 2005. Since moving to London in 2008, she has developed a solid background in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy, effectively managing a wide range of conditions. Her approach is tailored to each person’s needs, with a focus on delivering high-quality, individualised treatment for optimal outcomes.
Fara is further qualified in acupuncture, Pilates and breast oncology. She is registered with the HCPC, CSP, and POGP, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence and high standards of care.
