Exercise and Training Advice

Our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths are experts in advising on the best way to exercise for any given complaint.

We avoid advising against doing a certain sport as much as safely possible and instead give modifications to enable our patients to stay as physically and mentally fit as they can whilst enabling healing of the damaged tissues.

We give time frames on returning to sports specific activities with clear explanations and give realistic and effective temporary alternatives. We have sports specific Physiotherapists within our team who we refer to to make sure our patients get the absolute best specialist advice.
