14 – Shoulder: Shoulder Blade Movement In Kneeling

This is another exercise in our Shoulder Series. This particular exercise will help those of you struggling to find the right shoulder position, while it will also strengthen the shoulder blade muscles which are essential in shoulder function and recovery.
