How to relieve neck pain (with or without radiating symptoms into your shoulder, arm or hand)
If you or someone you know has neck pain, with or without pain, pins and needles or tingling in the arm, shoulder or hands, the exercises below should help. There are lots of people slumped over their laptops or phones and the general stresses of the situation we are in due to coronavirus is making neck and arm pain worse. It is important to get up regularly, get out for a walk or other gentle exercise, but sometimes the neck needs a extra helping hand with some more specific exercises.
