If you have back or neck pain related to posture or sport then Tommaso’s qualifications in both Physiotherapy and Osteopathy will mean you are in excellent hands.
Tommaso qualified as a physiotherapist in 2010 and osteopath in 2016 has extensive experience working in hospitals, private practices and clinics.
After graduating in Italy he gained a thorough grounding in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, respiratory and neurological physio.
He then gained experience in a number of private practices, focusing on his specialism in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-surgical and conservative rehabilitation and sports injuries management.
Developing a strong interest in manual therapy and the global conception of the human body, Tommaso decided to complete an academic osteopathic course in Milan-Italy, graduating as Osteopath in 2016. This enabled him to develop a ‘hands-on’ approach together with an accurate postural assessment, in order to find the inner causes of patients’ pains and dysfunction.
Tomasso believes it’s important to create a strong relationship with his patients to make sure they are fully aware of what their condition is and how it will be treated. He believes that the best way for his patients to recover is through manual therapy and active rehabilitation, instructing patients in safe and effective post-treatment exercises and lifestyle, allowing them to get back to normal daily life and sports activities.
His passion for sport and working in a team brought him to collaborate with a number of sports teams in football, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, and also closely with runners, triathletes, cyclists and tennis players.
Tommaso is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
