Video physio exercise for back pain, strengthening glutes and core using kettle bells

 

Reduce pain, gain strength and increase mobility

This physio exercise video, demonstrated by our Physiotherapist Claudia Cocci Grifoni, demonstrates how kettlebells can be used to strengthen the glutes, legs and core. It can be an excellent back pain exercise but MUST be done under the supervision of a Chartered Physiotherapist or similar health professional.

 

Know your body’s limits

As you can see from the video, Claudia, who is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, is pregnant, her body is well accustomed to doing this exercise which is why it is safe for her to do it. Please do not start doing this exercise if you are pregnant without consulting your doctor or health professional first.
