In 2007 Rebecca supplemented her clinical skills with experience as a research physiotherapist on a nationwide study focusing on the care of people suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME.

Rebecca specialises in the areas of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, post-surgery and rehabilitation physiotherapy. She also has interests in sports biomechanics, including running technique and spinal pain related to poor posture. Ask her how changing your desk set up could relieve your pain!

As a mother of two, Rebecca can share her first-hand experience of how physiotherapy and Pilates provide an excellent foundation for rebuilding your core stability during post-natal recovery.

Rebecca finds that incorporating manual physiotherapy, Pilates, specific exercise prescription and high level rehab, her patients can achieve the best possible outcomes.
