Do this exercise every day especially if you are sitting for prolonged periods.
Sitting in a chair shuffle your bottom round to the right of the chair and reach around to your right to grab the back of the chairwith both hands.
Pull gently so that you feel a gentle stretch in your mid back.
Now do the same on the left and repeat each side x 10.
