Step by step Exercise

  • Do this exercise every day especially if you are sitting for prolonged periods.

  • Sitting in a chair shuffle your bottom round to the right of the chair and reach around to your right to grab the back of the chairwith both hands.

  • Pull gently so that you feel a gentle stretch in your mid back.

  • Now do the same on the left and repeat each side x 10.
